I want to share an idea here.

We plan to introduce a special affiliate system that would allow registered users of our site to win points and money by reffering other users to our site.

Each user will have his/her own affiliate center with marketing materials and real time tracking code which will be used for the right tracking of the refferals.

Just wanted to share this idea with the community and ask for feedback.

After reading your new proposal, I think you are perhaps on the wrong track.
My suggestion would be that the system will not work until there are numerous CAD JOBS available. In fact, without this, your site will become another CAD FORUM, of which there are numerous on the web.
Firsly, look at the ratio of CAD USERS 549 looking for work and 5 Jobs available. One from a company looking for permanent staff, which is handled by 1000's of job agencies and another from someone in India who from the messaqe I translate, is asking for Outsourcers requesting to send him/her jobs to India. As a sub_script_ion member of one of your competitors I have just received one e-mail this morning with 4 jobs available for tender and bearing in mind I get an e-mail almost everday with the same content.
Personally, I think your focus should be on marketing the site to Outsourcers, you find the work and the Users will find you without any points/monetary inducement.
I do wish you luck with this venture and will look in regularly to see if your venture will be successful, meanwhile it's back to my other e-mail to tender for the four CAD jobs.

Thank you for your feedback. It is really appreciated. What we would like to achieve is to have satisfied members at our site. We are working on attracting outsourcers, you may count on that. The affiliate system is just another way to make the site popular, that also includes possible outsourcers.
If you look from the side of an outsourcer, the greater the number of freelancers, the better. You will receive much more competative proposals. So having many freelancers at one place like CADLore.com is a good way for outsourcers to find the most apprporiate candidate for their needs.

As for the other site you mention in your message, well CADLore.com is a new venture and soon will have many jobs and freelancers available.
